南非第一個民選總統、諾貝爾和平獎得主納爾遜．曼德拉於2013年12月5日去世，享年95歲。曼德

拉因對抗南非種族隔離制度坐了27年牢，1990年獲釋，並在四年後當上總統。一任任期後便即卸

任，這樣的舉動在非洲政界非常少見。

世界上最有名的政治犯曼德拉，在走出監獄時曾說過一句名言：「當我走出囚室，經過通往自由

的監獄大門時，我已經清楚，自己若不能把悲傷與怨恨留在身後，那麼我其實仍在獄中。」

這位廣受國際愛戴的領袖對文字的使用令人印象深刻。他最著名的一段話是他1964年瑞佛尼亞審

判中在法庭所作的辯護陳詞。他說：

「我對抗白人統治，我也對抗黑人統治。我珍視民主自由社會，所有人能和諧共處，擁有均等的

機會。我為此理想而生，也希望有朝一日能達成這個理想。但如果有必要，我也準備好為這理想

而死。」

除了瑞佛尼亞審判陳詞外，曼德拉一生留下許多充滿智慧的語錄。他雖然過世了，但透過網友們
